Starview Comics is an independent comic studio focused on bringing the medium of comics to the forefront of contemporary art and storytelling.
We believe comics are uniquely powerful in their ability to champion the artist's voice. At Starview, we aim to demonstrate that potential through our own original publications and through broader creative and philanthropic efforts that support the medium as a whole.
Starview exists to create original comic series that are finite, intentionally constructed, and designed to stand on their own—stories that respect both the creator and the reader.
Starview Comics is rooted in this core tenant: all it takes is courage and imagination.
The name Starview comes from a childhood dream passed down by Blair Harris's father, who once imagined a comic company of his own under that name. Years later, that idea became a guiding mantra—one that shapes how Starview approaches creativity, risk, and storytelling.
Starview exists to honor the courage it takes to create something original, and the imagination required to see beyond what already exists.

We're here to bring magic back to the medium by making stories that don't just entertain for a moment, but pull you somewhere else entirely. We believe in pure, better escapism — the kind that bring you into another world and reminds you why you fell in love with comics in the first place.
BLAIR HARRIS

Blair Harris is a writer, visionary, and creative entrepreneur from the U.S. It's through his love for art, storytelling, and culture that he leads Starview while telling stories that he hopes inspire kids who look like him.
Starview Comics isn't just a business though, it's Blair carrying on his father's childhood dream of making comics under an imprint of the same name. As CCO, Blair hopes to use his platform to give back to the comic community, ensuring creators are supported and given opportunities, removing the barriers he himself has faced trying to tell stories.
JOÃO VIDAL

Creative Director • Lead Artist
João Vidal is a design graduate, digital artist, and animator from Brazil. Deeply influenced by anime and manga, João brings a visual sensibility rooted in expressive storytelling, atmosphere, and motion.
As Creative Director of Starview Comics, he helps shape the studio's visual identity and supports its broader creative direction. João is also a strong advocate for the indie art scene and is developing original projects of his own that will debut under the Starview banner.
OLIVIA DANCE
ART DIRECTOR / HEAD OF DESIGN
Brand + Marketing Creative Direction
Olivia Dance is a multi-hyphenate in the world of digital marketing with a heavy focus in artistic direction and graphic design. She meshes her vast knowledge of design language and love of storytelling to ensure Starview presents itself to the highest degree at every touchpoint.
Her role in Starview Comics places her as the final but most important voice in our quality control process as she has final approval of all Starview creatives before they go out. Fun fact: she made the soon-to-be iconic Starview insignia!
